Travel Arrangements

  • Flight arrangements booked and confirmed by GMG
  • Ground transportation (rental car or car service) coordinated
  • Arrival and departure times shared with your team in advance
  • Travel itinerary sent 72 hours before the visit

Accommodation

  • Hotel booked near the filming location for convenience
  • Check-in and check-out details included in your itinerary
  • Wi-Fi and workspace available for review sessions
  • All accommodations covered by GMG for standard projects

Secondary scenes, product shots, and additional coverage.

Review footage on monitor and confirm we have what we need.
