Examples

Question: "Should I give the insurance adjuster a recorded statement?"

1. Answer: Not before you understand what it's for and who asked for it.

2. Explain: The adjuster works for the insurance company, not for you. A recorded statement can be used to limit what the company pays. You may be required to cooperate with your own insurer, but you should understand the purpose first.

3. Guide: Before agreeing, ask which company is requesting it and why. Talk to an attorney if you're unsure.

4. Invite: If you've been injured in Oklahoma and an adjuster is asking for a statement, contact Whitefeather Law Group to schedule a free consultation.

Question: "Do I need an estate plan if I'm not wealthy?"

1. Answer: Yes — estate planning isn't only about wealth.

2. Explain: It covers who makes decisions if you can't, who receives your property, and how your instructions are carried out. Without a plan, Oklahoma law decides for you.

3. Guide: Review your beneficiary designations and think about who you'd trust to handle things. Update your plan after major life changes.

4. Invite: If you're unsure whether your current plan protects your family, contact Whitefeather Law Group to schedule a consultation.
