The Tulsa Business Growth Hub will transform the 36th Street North Event Center into the city’s premier space for business collaboration, networking, and economic empowerment.

Charles & Damali bring: trust, relationships, and direct access to Tulsa’s business leaders and entrepreneurs.
Grindaholik Media Group brings: marketing expertise, premium packaging, and media that elevate every touchpoint.

Together, we can build a platform that generates $180K+ in Year 1, establishes regional and national recognition, and creates a sustainable ecosystem for Tulsa’s business community.

Event Experience

  • Monthly Flagship Events (6–8 PM)
    • 6:00–6:30 PM: Dinner + Networking (soft background music)
    • 6:30–7:30 PM: Keynote + Panel (moderated by Charles & Damali)
    • 7:30–8:00 PM: Networking Circles + Event Close
  • Quarterly Events: Live band + enhanced networking + premium panels + workshops
  • Annual Retreats (Members-Only): Business + leisure trips (e.g., Omaha Empowerment Network, RICE Conference Atlanta, Miami Tech Week, NAB Show Las Vegas, Houston Black Chamber Summit

Deliverables (First 45 Days)

Grindaholik Media Group will provide:

  • Brand & Membership Program Development
    • Membership tiers, benefits, and branded landing page
    • Premium visuals, naming, and positioning
  • Sponsorship Packaging Support
    • Tier decks, one-sheets, and highlight examples for Charles & Damali to present
    • Sponsor-ready recap media to increase buy-in
  • Marketing Launch Plan
    • Social rollout, email campaigns, and event promo strategy
    • Design + promotion that drives ticket sales and memberships
  • Event Media Execution
    • Onsite monthly recaps and sponsor highlights
    • Quarterly live band and premium event coverage

Charles & Damali will provide:

  • Speaker & Attendee Pipeline (leveraging their CEO and entrepreneur network)
  • Sponsorship Conversations & Relationship Management (backed by GMG’s packaging)
  • Venue Operations & Ticketing (using their existing system)

Year 1 Revenue Model (≈ $197,000 projection)

 

  • Memberships & Drop-ins – $55,000+
    • Drop-in passes at $25 each: 600 passes over 12 months = $15,000
    • Standard memberships at $50/month ($600/year): 50 members = $30,000
    • Premium memberships at $100/month ($1,200/year): 10 members = $12,000
    → Total memberships and drop-ins: about $57,000
  • Sponsorships – $90,000+
    • From Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Presenting packages
  • Workshops – $30,000
    • Quarterly weekend intensives (business credit, digital marketing, real estate, etc.)
  • Vendor Booths – $12,000
    • 10 booths per month at $100 each
  • Media & Recordings – $10,000
    • Event recaps, highlight reels for sponsors, panel recordings sold as digital replays, and branded clips for social media

Grand Total Projection: approximately $197,000+ in Year 1

This is more than an event—it’s a movement to elevate Tulsa’s business community. The Pilot Launch will give us real data, sponsor stories, and momentum to refine the model and prepare for full-scale rollout in Year 2. Together, we can lock in the partnership option that feels right and begin building within 45 days.

Partnership Options

We’ve structured three partnership options so you can choose the balance that feels most comfortable. Each option reflects the shared roles:

  • Charles & Damali: Relationships, venue operations, ticketing, and speaker pipeline
  • Grindaholik Media Group: Branding, marketing, packaging, media, and recap storytelling

Option 1: Flat Fee + Retainer (Safe & Predictable)

  • $6,500 one-time setup (branding, sponsorship packaging, landing page, first event launch)
  • $1,000 per month retainer (ongoing marketing, event promotion, recap media, and sponsor support)

    Best if: You want a clear, predictable monthly cost while keeping most of the financial upside as revenue grows.

Option 2: Lower Setup + Revenue Share (Performance-Based)

  • $4,500 one-time setup (lower upfront cost)
  • 12% of membership, sponsorship, and vendor revenue for the first 12 months

    Best if: You prefer a smaller upfront cost and are comfortable sharing revenue as the Hub grows. With this model, we both win bigger when events perform.

Option 3: Lowest Setup + Profit Share (Long-Term Partnership)

  • $3,500 one-time setup (lowest upfront investment)
  • 10% of net profit for 24 months (two years)

    Best if: You want the lowest upfront risk and see me as a true long-term partner invested in Tulsa’s growth hub beyond just Year 1.
