What’s the difference between managed hosting and regular hosting?
Regular hosting gives you a login and says “good luck.” We give you full service: managed updates, backups, performance monitoring, and real support—like a digital landlord with a full-time maintenance crew.
What’s the difference between Lite, Essentials, and Pro?
Lite = Hosting + maintenance for DIY users
Essentials = Active monthly updates + full protection
Pro = All-in service with content, strategy, press & media

What’s the difference between this and GoDaddy or Wix?
Big difference. Those give you space. We give you full support. Again, our plans include hands-on updates, backups, tech maintenance, and real humans who know your site—not ticket bots.
Do I own my website?
Yes. You own the content and branding. If you ever leave our care plans, we’ll offer options to migrate your site or help you host it elsewhere.
What happens if I cancel my plan?
Your site will go offline once your subription ends. If you’re on the Lite Plan, you’ll also lose domain management and any plugin licenses we provided.
What happens to my plugins and theme if I cancel?
Many of our tools are licensed under our agency account. If you cancel, those premium tools may stop working unless you purchase your own license or rejoin a plan.
Can I make my own edits?
Yep! All plans include “Editor” access so you can update your text, music links, photos, and blog posts. We handle the technical side — backups, protection, and performance.
What kind of support do I get?
Support depends on your plan:
Lite Plan: No included support (DIY only, pay-as-you-go edits)
Essentials Plan: Priority support for updates and issues
Pro Plan: Priority support + strategy guidance
Need more help on Lite? We offer affordable one-off support tasks.
What if something breaks or I get hacked?
If you’re on Essentials or Pro, you’re fully covered — we’ll fix it fast.
On the Lite Plan, fixes are available at a flat rate or you can choose to upgrade.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Absolutely. You can move between plans anytime based on your needs. We make it simple.
